A Women's day of Healing and Transformation
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to work with two intuitive healers who are bringing their gifts and expertise together in this powerful day long workshop for healing and transformation. The workshop will include Reichian Breath Work, Guided Visualization, Intuitive Guidance, Shamanic Healing, Energy Healing, Somatic Experiencing, Psychodrama, CBT, mindfulness and practical steps to integrate and implement the gold you receive into all aspects of your life.

Additional Information:
What to wear:
Comfortable loose light weight clothing for energy work. Pants are better than skirts. Clothing that will allow you to move freely your body, legs and arms Sheron will need to see the energy moving in your body. Layers would be good. Bring outdoor wear like a warm jacket, walking shoes, socks and rain gear. These items can be left in your car until needed.
What to bring:
Your authentic self, your hopes, dreams and fears.
Water in a closed container, two snacks and a brown bag lunch. We will provide hot tea.
A journal and a pen.
An object for the Shrine to symbolize what you hope for once you Release and Renew and let go of past conclusions and pain.
Small light weight blanket to cover with.
Optional - A drum if you have one or a musical instrument.
Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive a 100% refund. If you are unable to attend the workshop but secure a participant to take your place then a 100% refund will be issued. Cancellation by you received up to 7 days prior to workshop will accrue 75% refund. Cancellation 6 days to 48 hours ahead of workshop will result in 50% refund. We will be unable to issue refunds for cancellations received less than 48 hours notice, thank you for your understanding.
